1. Who we are

GiftCardOferta sells digital subscriptions, accounts, gift cards and top-ups. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Prices and currency

Every price on this website is expressed in US dollars (USD). The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you must send. Network fees charged by your own wallet or exchange are not included and are paid by you.

3. Payments

We accept Binance Pay (QR code and Pay ID) and USDT transfers on the networks listed at checkout. An order is only processed once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain or inside Binance. Sending funds on a network other than the one selected may result in permanent loss and is not our responsibility.

4. Delivery

Access details are delivered over WhatsApp and, when provided, by email. Most orders are completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Orders placed outside business hours are processed at the start of the next working period.

5. Warranty and replacements

Accounts are covered for the whole period you paid for. If a service stops working for reasons attributable to us, we replace it at no extra cost. The warranty does not cover changes made by the customer, such as modifying the password, email or profile of a shared account, or sharing the credentials with third parties.

6. Refunds

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, refunds are only issued when we are unable to deliver the service and no equivalent replacement is available. Refunds are returned in USDT to the wallet the payment came from.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell shared accounts, not to attempt fraudulent chargebacks and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel an order if we detect fraud or abuse.

8. Changes

Prices, catalogue and these terms may change without prior notice. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
