1. Data we collect

To process an order we collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, the notes you write, the payment reference and the proof of payment you upload. We also store the IP address used to place the order for fraud prevention.

2. Why we use it

The data is used exclusively to process your order, deliver the service, provide support and comply with our own record keeping. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

3. Where it is stored

Order records and receipts are stored on our own hosting in a private directory that is not reachable from the public internet. Only authenticated administrators can read them.

4. Third parties

Payment confirmation happens inside Binance or on the corresponding blockchain, under their own terms and privacy policies. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

5. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed to honour warranties and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete your data once the warranty period of your last order has ended.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to our support channel. We answer every request within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

This website only uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep your order secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
